During the estimate, they  answered all my questions and explained the different options without any pressure. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and was extremely professional, meticulous, and respectful. What really stood out to me is that the owners are also part of the installation crew. I think that’s a great recipe for quality work—you can tell they genuinely care about the end result and take pride in what they do. It’s always great to hire people who are proud of their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation. The reviews are bang on as I also want to give 5 stars for the help and service I received. I had an  unexplained water leak in my ac and Tarik was more than kind with his time spent trying to help me fix it myself. When I could not he came the next day and provided a simple fix. After contacting them, we quickly received good information and a very competitive price for 2 Mitsubishi heat pumps from Tarik. Both heat pumps were   quickly, efficiently and professionally by Sergei and Youri. Afterwards the  site was cleaned and we appreciated the thorough explanation on how to use and maintain the heat pumps. Both heat pumps work great and are very quiet, both inside and outside. Even during one of the busiest times of the year for air conditioner repairs, Tarik managed to squeeze us into his schedule. When I described the situation and that the company that did our install went out of business he still came to diagnose the problem . His knowledge of Mitsubishi wall mounts was impressive and based on our description of the problem he narrowed it down to one of two issues right away. He went above and beyond by coming twice to make sure the issue was properly resolved. He kept in regular contact with us throughout the process and followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working properly.
