Extremely happy with the whole experience with Air Climatisation VS, from the initial estimate all the way through today’s installation. During the estimate, they  answered all my questions and explained the different options without any pressure. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and was extremely professional, meticulous, and respectful. What really stood out to me is that the owners are also part of the installation crew. I think that’s a great recipe for quality work—you can tell they genuinely care about the end result and take pride in what they do. It’s always great to hire people who are proud of their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation. I called Airclim VS due to the 5 star google reviews and was very happy I did. The reviews are bang on as I also want to give 5 stars for the help and service I received. I had an  unexplained water leak in my ac and Tarik was more than kind with his time spent trying to help me fix it myself. When I could not he came the next day and provided a simple fix. We had a very good experience with Airconditioning VS. After contacting them, we quickly received good information and a very competitive price for 2 Mitsubishi heat pumps from Tarik. Both heat pumps were   quickly, efficiently and professionally by Sergei and Youri. Afterwards the  site was cleaned and we appreciated the thorough explanation on how to use and maintain the heat pumps. Both heat pumps work great and are very quiet, both inside and outside. We are so thankful Tarik was able to come in and provide us with his expertise at no cost. We had anticipated needing to install a new AC unit, but Tarik was able to provide feedback on how to maintain our current unit, instantly fixing our AC issues. He did not pressure us to buy/upsell and did a thorough check and explanation of our AC unit. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Tarik at Air Climatisation VS I highly recommend Tarik from Air Climatisation VS for his exceptional reliability, communication, and professionalism from start to finish. Even during one of the busiest times of the year for air conditioner repairs, Tarik managed to squeeze us into his schedule. When I described the situation and that the company that did our install went out of business he still came to diagnose the problem . His knowledge of Mitsubishi wall mounts was impressive and based on our description of the problem he narrowed it down to one of two issues right away. He went above and beyond by coming twice to make sure the issue was properly resolved. He kept in regular contact with us throughout the process and followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working properly. What really stood out was that Tarik genuinely cared about getting the job done right, rather than simply completing the repair and moving on. His communication, dedication, and follow-through gave us real peace of mind. We truly appreciate everything he did and I would highly recommend Tarik and Air Climatisation VS to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and high-quality AC service. J’ai eu une excellente expérience avec Air Climatisation VS. De l’estimation jusqu’à l’installation, tout s’est très bien déroulé. L’équipe était professionnelle, ponctuelle, a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et a fait un travail très propre. On voit qu’ils ont à cœur de fournir un travail de qualité. Once we decided to move forward, the installation team arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally.
